After the funeral, we went to lunch, and then came back here to sit under the pavilion. We had a really nice visit and it was a gorgeous day! I hope we can do it again soon. Not the funeral part though!

A Day with Faye
Faye picked me up yesterday and we went to a funeral for the sweet daughter of our good friends, Cindi and Danny. It was very sad and quite heartbreaking.
After the funeral, we went to lunch, and then came back here to sit under the pavilion. We had a really nice visit and it was a gorgeous day! I hope we can do it again soon. Not the funeral part though!

I was startled when I saw your title, A day with Faye. Hmmmmm. Not that I wouldn't enjoy a day in Texas - it's truly turning into fall here. And thanks, by the way, for singing happy birthday to me - it was the only one I got!!! But the dessert was wonderful!
